Our Board Of Directors
Our nonprofit board meets 4-5 times annually to review the financial health, strategic development, and fundraising efforts; balancing discussions to focus on problem-solving, growth, and our overall vision and mission fulfillment.
In 2022, with the support of a grant from the Endowment for Health, our board was provided the necessary training and support it needed to exit a founder’s phase and become a high-functioning working board of professionals.
Our board members each have roles and actions that contribute to carrying out our mission successfully and support our organization as it continues to grow to meet the needs of our community. These roles and actions are carried out through committee and event-based collaborations that happen more frequently throughout the year.
Reach is continually seeking to bring in diverse perspectives and experiences to our board – particularly from individuals who have experience with business management/governance, outreach/networking, fundraising, and are also committed to and passionate about our mission: ensuring children with exceptional needs and their families are supported with high quality, holistic, and respectful occupational, physical, and speech therapies.
Current gaps in board member areas of expertise are governance and marketing/networking. If you can provide guidance in these areas, please email email@example.com to learn more about our organization, the commitment, our selection process and application.
